After getting to know Liz and Paul over their engagement session, I knew without a doubt that they were going to have such a fun wedding day. I was excited not only to spend more time with them, but also to photograph their wedding at The Providence Cotton Mill! It is such a cool and unique venue outside of Charlotte in Maiden, NC. I started the day with Liz and all her besties at the suite at the Westin in uptown Charlotte. Did we have a mini photoshoot in all the rooms in all the spots? Yes, yes we did. Also..check out Liz’s reception shoes(gift from the groom)! Gucci high top sneakers! I mean, cmon..so cool.

After we arrived to Providence Mill, Paul and Liz had their first look. This allowed them to get a lot of family and bridal party photos before the ceremony. Enjoying family and friends was a big focus on their wedding day, and you can really tell how much they value their relationships with everyone that attended. Liz had a little surprise up her sleeve for the ceremony for everyone(Paul was also in the dark). After they had their first kiss as husband and wife and started down the aisle, band members started popping up with their instruments playing “All you Need is Love.” Just like in the movie Love Actually!!! It was so cute. The entire day and evening was beyond beautiful, but what made it even more perfect was the people. I adore Liz and Paul, they are just awesome people. They have also managed to surround themselves with equally awesome friends, which made for one spectacular evening.
