Even though it’s not far at all from Charlotte, I had never been to Pinehurst Resort till Marie’s Bridal portraits. I immediately fell in love with the whole property and little town! It’s such a hidden gem for a great weekend getaway, and what an amazing wedding venue! The Carolina Hotel on the property is such a lovely spot for everyone to get ready, and right around the corner from Sacred Heart Catholic Church where Marie and Chris had an intimate ceremony. After that we were able to take the adorable Pinehurst trolley around town for some fun photos before heading back the country club to finish up on the golf course. Even though we had rain off and on all day, it did not affect us getting out side when we could and getting a dramatic cloudy sunset!
