One of a bride’s biggest concern on their wedding day is weather. Rightfully so! You usually pick a venue based on the beautiful property and a certain vision. But I always try to reassure couples that have an uncertain forecast, that very rarely does it continually rain ALL day. As long as you try to go with the flow and ready to run outside whenever there are momentary dry pockets, then you can still have a completely stress-free day with all the photos you want. If it does end up raining all day, then we just all jump in the rain together and get some incredibly romantic rain shots!
Luckily, not only did Amanda and Patrick have a dry spell during their rainy day to go out and still get garden photos, but their attitude made all the difference. They were just so excited to be together, enjoy the day, and to have fun! They truly just exude happiness when they are around each other. They opted for a “first look” before the ceremony, which allowed them to have another super important first look with their extremely handsome ring bearer. James, their gorgeous golden retriever pup. But as much as a fur baby at a wedding makes my day, I think what was the icing on the cake was Patrick and his groomsmen’s Backstreet Boys dance routine to “Everybody.” I am definitely here for all the 90’s music! After an extremely fun wedding reception the night was wrapped up with a gorgeous sparkler exit.
