Years ago the gorgeous VanLandingham Estate went out of business, which was so sad to all of us vendors that loved the Midwood Plaza venue. It has since, been bought, revamped and reopened as a beautiful Charlotte wedding venue again. When Megan reached out about her and Peter’s wedding day photography, I was so excited to hear it was at VanLandingham! Megan and Peter met back in 2018 at Connolly’s on 5th, which is appropriate since Peter is from Ireland. Unfortunately, due to Covid Peter’s family couldn’t make the trip to North Carolina but Megan’s dad shocked us all with a great dedication to Peter’s Irish family by singing a famous fun Irish song! It was a beautiful, relaxed, intimate evening, and I loved being able to share it with them.
