Alyssa and Dan contacted me about their engagement session knowing they wanted something with fall colors, the city of Charlotte, and a casual fun setting at a local brewery. I knew Marshall Park in uptown Charlotte would be perfect for their first half of their session, but unfortunately most of the cool Charlotte breweries in November are always so packed on the weekend with their Christmas events. But I had a really random idea…and luckily, they were totally game for it. We wrapped up their session at Castaways Beer Garden at High Seas Putt Putt in Indian Land, SC. I must say..it was perfect. It was such a fun setting and we had the place to ourselves! It really allowed me to capture the joy between them. To top off the evening, they had a hula hoop competition …so fun!
